Do you design oak-framed buildings?
We specialise in the manufacture and construction of oak frames rather than architectural design. We work from plans and specifications prepared by your architect and can work alongside other professionals involved in your project.
Do you restore old oak and timber-framed buildings?
Yes. Restoration is one of our specialist areas. We undertake structural and non-structural repairs to traditional timber frames, including replacement timbers, timber-to-timber splicing, structural strengthening and sympathetic oak repairs.
Do you undertake barn conversions?
Yes. We have considerable experience working with traditional timber-framed barns, including structural restoration, repairs, dismantling, relocation and re-erection as part of conversion projects.
